CTM Content Services ("CTM," "we," "us," or "our") provides cinematic content creation services, including this website, inquiry forms, client preview portals, quotes, invoices, and payments. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using this website, creating an account, submitting an inquiry, or accessing a client portal, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Inquiry details. When you submit an inquiry we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event or business details, the service you are interested in, travel and event access information (venue, address, tickets, credentials, parking), any reference or inspiration links you share, and any sample files you choose to upload.
• Account details. Studio team members and client portal users have an email address and password (or email sign-in link) associated with their account.
• Client portal content. Media uploaded for a client gallery, gallery names, access settings, and view/download activity.
• Quote and invoice details. Names, contact details, event details, line items, amounts, and payment status for quotes and invoices created for you.
• Payment information. We do not see or store your full card number. When you pay by card, your card details are entered directly with QuickBooks Payments (Intuit) and never touch CTM's servers — CTM only receives a one-time payment token and the payment result. If you use a payment link the studio provided, you are directed to the payment provider's own page.
• Usage data. Basic technical data such as pages visited, browser type, and device type, used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes for your event or project.
• Capture, edit, and deliver the content you hired CTM to create.
• Operate client portals, including watermarked previews and download access.
• Issue quotes and invoices and process payments through QuickBooks Payments.
• Send service-related emails, such as inquiry confirmations, sign-in links, and shared quotes or invoices.
• Keep the site, studio, and client data secure.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the business:

• Intuit / QuickBooks. Quotes, invoices, customer contact details, and card payments are processed through QuickBooks. Card details are entered directly with Intuit, subject to Intuit's own privacy policy.
• Email delivery. We use an email service to send confirmations, sign-in links, and shared documents.
• Mapping services. Address information you provide may be sent to a mapping service to calculate travel distance for your quote.
• Hosting and storage. Site data and client media are stored with managed cloud providers.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

Cookies and sign-in sessions

We use browser storage and cookies only for what the site needs to function: keeping you signed in to the studio or a client portal, remembering your preferences, and securing forms. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Client galleries and watermarked previews

Before payment or full approval, client portal content may be delivered as watermarked previews. Watermarked previews are for review only and may not be downloaded, shared, published, or reposted. Unwatermarked files are available only after the studio marks the gallery as paid or unlocks it, or when the studio has turned the watermark off for you.

Data retention

Inquiry and client records are kept as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations. Client gallery media is kept for the access period the studio sets for that gallery; when a gallery closes, its media may be removed from the site. You should download your final content before your gallery access ends.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you, or request a correction or deletion, by emailing or calling us using the details below.
• Ask us not to email you marketing messages (service emails about your event, portal, or invoice are still sent).
• Use the sign-out control in the studio or client portal to end your session.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and private storage for client media. Client gallery files are delivered through secure, expiring access links. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so please keep your portal links and sign-in credentials private.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business grows. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its date.
