End-User License Agreement
Last updated: October 2, 2026
Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the website and services operated by CTM Content Services ("CTM," "we," "us," or "our"), including the public website, inquiry forms, studio administration, client preview portals, quotes, invoices, and payment pages (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
License to use the Services
CTM grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purposes: learning about CTM, submitting an inquiry, communicating about a booking, and viewing, paying for, and downloading content delivered to you through a client portal.
Client portal content and watermarked previews
- Content delivered through a client portal before payment or approval may be provided as watermarked previews. Watermarked previews are licensed for private review only. You may not download, copy, screen-record, publish, repost, or share watermarked previews.
- Access to unwatermarked, downloadable content is granted only when CTM marks the gallery as paid or unlocks it, or when CTM has chosen to deliver it unwatermarked.
- Gallery links, access codes, and portal URLs are personal to you. Do not share them publicly.
- Final delivered content is licensed to the client for the uses agreed directly with CTM (for example, personal or business/social use). Ownership of raw footage and source files remains with CTM unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Portfolio samples shown on the public site remain the property of CTM and may not be reused without permission.
Quotes, invoices, and payment
- Quotes shared through this site are estimates and may be updated if required event costs (such as venue, parking, admission, credentials, or travel charges) change, in line with the client responsibility notice included with your inquiry.
- Card payments are processed by QuickBooks Payments (Intuit). CTM never receives or stores your full card number. By paying through the Services, you also agree to Intuit's terms for processing your payment.
- Amounts displayed are re-verified with CTM's records at the moment you pay. If a balance changes, you will be asked to refresh before paying.
- Deposits, refunds, cancellation terms, and delivery timelines are governed by the booking agreement CTM provides directly with each client.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and portal links private.
- Studio administrator access is limited to authorized team members. Unauthorized access attempts may be blocked and reported.
- Client identity on the payment page is verified by the email address on file with CTM's invoicing records.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to access data, portals, galleries, or studio accounts that are not yours.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content from the site.
- Circumvent watermarks, download restrictions, access codes, or payment requirements in any way, including screen-recording or re-uploading watermarked previews.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
Intellectual property
The CTM name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and portfolio content are protected by copyright and trademark law. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by CTM.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as stated in a signed booking agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CTM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. CTM's total liability arising from the Services is limited to the amounts you paid CTM in the twelve months before the claim, except where a signed booking agreement provides otherwise.
Termination
CTM may suspend or revoke access to the Services, including client portals, if this Agreement is violated, if an account is compromised, or as needed to protect client content. Sections that should survive termination (including intellectual property, payment obligations, and liability limits) will survive.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
